As part of June’s commencement celebrations for the class of 2019, Eastlake will have a Senior Convocation ceremony (formerly known as Baccalaureate) on:

• Saturday, June 15 at 10 am  ~  Eastlake High School gymnasium 

Senior Convocation is a formal, inspirational ceremony for seniors and their families as well as teachers, administrators and members of the greater Wolf Pack community.  This event, which honors seniors as they begin a new chapter in their lives, includes a keynote speech, student and faculty speakers, a senior slideshow, and student performances. 

In previous years, Baccalaureate was held at Timberlake Church in Redmond; however, this venue is no longer available to us.  To accommodate our need of a large-capacity indoor venue that is also close in proximity to our community, the planning committee decided to bring the event home to Eastlake.  The committee believes Eastlake is the best place for our seniors to reflect on their years at the school, celebrate their achievements, and allow them one final opportunity to come together on their high school campus. 

Senior Convocation will be a moving and memorable experience for all attending.  With the weight of worry about grades, college admissions, job searches and more lifted for most participants, relief and pride mix to create a lovely experience for everyone involved.
