Our Mission Statement
Inspire unity.
Exceed standards.
Achieve success for every student.

The EHS PTSA and its community partner Huntington Learning Center are teaming up to bring you Mock SAT and ACT testing right here at Eastlake.  These full-length practice tests offer students the opportunity to practice test-taking strategies and determine baseline scores prior to taking the official SAT and ACT college entrance exams.

Both the SAT and ACT tests are widely used by U.S. colleges to determine admissions and award scholarships.  Because the SAT and the ACT test on different subjects and score differently, students may perform better on one than the other; therefore, we recommend students take both tests to see which one is better for them.  Confidential test results are given to students at a special Scores Back Session.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tests are open to all high school students.  (You do not have to attend Eastlake.)

Important Update About 2018 Spring Mock SAT/ACT Testing

The following statement is from Huntington owner Stephanie Kennedy regarding a change in policy for Essay grading for all upcoming Mock ACT and SAT practice test events in March 2018 at Eastlake:

Starting March 15, 2018, Huntington will no longer be reviewing individual student essays and providing number scores for those essays at school-sponsored testing events. Students will still be invited to write the optional essay at the test event and will be proctored for this portion of the test. All students will be given a self-evaluation rubric with which to score their own essays. This rubric will provide students and parents with an insight into what test-day graders will be looking for in reviewing your [student's] essays.

  • Huntington will not be grading the essay portion the upcoming Mock ACT & SAT tests; instead, a self-evaluation rubric for the essay portion of these tests will be provided.
  • Multiple-choice questions *will* be graded by Huntington.
  • Each student’s individual scores will be provided at the scores-back session (Wednesday, March 28along with a presentation for parents and students.
