Sammamish Citizen Corps with the City of Sammamish and Eastside Fire and Rescue invite you to the Sammmamish Citizen Corps Disaster Preparedness Fair at Sammamish City Hall on September 7 from 9:00-3:00. In addition, Sammamish Citizen Corps is running another CERT class this fall. CERT stands for Community Emergency Response Team. This program educates people about disaster preparedness and trains you in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.
